What should I do if a creditor calls me at home or work?

Once you have started the program, it is very rare that your creditors will call you. They will be dealing directly with your account manager in most cases. If they do call you, give them your client I.D. number and the creditor hotline number, 402-501-8171.

Do not promise to make a separate payment to them. Notify your Account Manager immediately that you are receiving collection calls so that the Account Manager can get the calls stopped.
