COA accreditation attests that an organization meets the highest national standards and is delivering the best quality services to the community it serves. Credit Advisors Foundation is proud to join COA’s Community of Excellence that includes more than 1000 private and public organizations that serve over 6,000,000 individuals and families in the United States and Canada.

The COA accreditation process involves an in-depth examination of the organization’s compliance with best practice standards. The process includes a review of organizational standards including quality assurance, service delivery, professional practice, service environment, financial management, mission and purpose, government and administration, and human resources.

Credit Advisors Foundation has set high standards for performance and has made a commitment to our constituents to enhance the effectiveness of the services we deliver to our clients and the community.

Our educational speaker’s bureau is really making an impact! We continue to make numerous presentations to audiences including high schools, colleges, student organizations, and employers. Topics of interest include debit and credit cards, checking and savings accounts, banks, credit unions, student loans, credit reports, garnishments, bankruptcy, and interest rates. Credit Advisors Foundation was invited to speak at the 4th Annual Heartland Latino Leadership Conference November 6-7, 2003, at the Omaha Qwest Center with over 650 in attendance. The Foundation was also invited to be a session presenter on credit reports and home purchasing where participants were educated on home ownership. Our presence at the conference is part of an on-going process to reach the Latino community in ways the Foundation can help.

Credit Advisors Foundation is proud to announce the addition of Juan Picón to its staff. Juan has an MBA and two undergraduate degrees in finance, one from his homeland of Colombia. Juan is a great addition to our excellent and highly trained staff. Juan will be cross trained to serve in both our enrollment and customer service departments to handle the increases in our Spanish speaking clientele.
